Rahul Tewatia who is an integral part of Rajasthan Royals franchise in the Indian Premier League got engaged to his partner Ridhi. The all-rounder became famous all around the world after his freakish knock against Kings XI Punjab at Sharjah in IPL 2020. Tewatia smashed West Indies fast bowler Sheldon Cottrell for five consecutive sixes and helped his side win a remarkable match at the iconic stadium.

Now Tewatia has begun another chapter in his personal life and got engaged to his ladylove Ridhi. The ceremony took place on 3rd February and was attended by Tewatia’s good friend and Kolkata Knight Riders player, Nitish Rana.

Yesterday another Rajasthan Royals player Jaydev Unadkat tied the knot and updated all his fans on social media. Several Indian cricketers such as Yuzvendra Chahal, Varun Chakravarthy, Hardik Pandya all got settled in recent times which is now joined by Rahul Tewatia.

Rahul Tewatia posted a few photos from his engagement ceremony for all his devotees on his official Twitter account. The all-rounder cricketer will soon begin preparing for the next edition of the IPL which is likely to be played in India between April-May.

Taking about his heroics in the last IPL, Tewatia surprised everyone and emerged as one of the leading all-rounders in the competition. Overall he slammed 255 runs at an average of 42.50 and picked 10 wickets. He also scored his runs at a strike rate of close to 140 and helped Rajasthan Royals win some key encounters.

Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals will be hoping that Tewatia is again at his best in the next season and helps them to qualify for the all-important IPL playoffs. He became part of the franchise last year when Delhi Capitals traded him before IPL 2020.
