Australia’s legendary leg-spinner Shane Warne has opined that Marcus Stoinis should bat ahead of Steve Smith in T20Is against England. He wants the Melbourne Stars batsmen to bat higher up the order since he can be more destructive at the top than batting him down the order.

Earlier we saw open the innings in the 2019 Big Bash League for Melbourne Stars when he smashed a hundred, a couple of times. Which is why Warne wants him to bat ahead of Steve Smith as the latter can literally tear the bowling apart with his destructive batting display.

Then had Smith, Maxwell, Carey & Marsh following up down the order. He further went with Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Riley Meredith as his pace bowlers followed by Adam Zampa as the lone spinner in the side.
