A Virat Kohli doppelganger was spotted during the third test match against New Zealand at Indore, 2016. The cameraman zoomed in on a fan sitting in the stadium cheering the Indian side. As his picture flashed on the big screen at the ground, the crowd cheered aloud.
Even commentator Sanjay Manjarekar thought the lookalike was Kohli himself. He said on air:
“It’s really great to see him go to the stand immediately after the double hundred to meet the fans. You’ve got to appreciate this. You know what. This is what makes him special.” Manjrekar was quickly corrected by his co-commentator Ravi Shastri.

Pakistani pacer Mohammad Amir spotted a Virat Kohli lookalike while watching Dirilis Ertugrul Ghazi, a Turkish TV series. Amir tweeted a picture of an actor from the series and tagged Virat Kohli asking if it’s him.
The actor concerned here is Cavit Çetin Güner, who looks exactly like Indian skipper Virat Kohli in the TV series.
