Former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh was enthralled after the Super Over finish between Mumbai Indians and Kings XI Punjab in match 36 of IPL 2020. Punjab won the nail-biter of a contest to keep their playoff hopes alive in IPL 2020. This was the first time there were two Super Overs in the same match. Also, this was the first instance in IPL history when two back to back matches were decided in the Super Over. KKR beat SRH in the Super Over in the first game on Sunday.

Meanwhile, after KXIP’s come-back-from-behind win vs MI, Yuvraj is hoping that the Preity Zinta owned team will reach the playoffs in this IPL season. Their never-say-die attitude impressed the former Indian all-rounder who believes that Punjab from here on can very well reach the final four and perhaps even become champions this season.

“Looks like tonight’s game-changer is going to be @nicholas_47! Beautiful flow of the bat ! So amazing to watch ! Reminds me of someone I live within Grinning face ! Game on ! My prediction I feel @kxip will go all way to playoffs and play the finals along with @mipaltan or @DelhiCapitals,” Yuvraj tweeted on Punjab’s chances this season.

Meanwhile, RCB spinner and Yuvraj’s former India teammate Yuzvendra Chahal was quick to reply to his tweet in his own funny way. Seeing that he is backing KXIP to make the final four, Chahal tweeted saying  “Bhaiya Hum india aajaye wapis?”

Yuvraj replied asap on the same saying ” Abhi thodey aur chakey kha ke aur wickets let ke aana” to which Chahal replied that he will take a few more wickets till November 10 and will return to India with the IPL title.

RCB meanwhile are placed at number three in the points table with 12 points from nine games. Each of the teams have played nine games so far. Delhi Capitals top the table with 14 points, followed by Mumbai Indians (12), RCB (12) and KKR (10) in the top 4. SRH, CSK, RR and KXIP are all on six points in the bottom half of the table.
