Sakshi Dhoni has always been a mainstay of strength and support for husband MS Dhoni. Yesterday after Dhoni’s Chennai Super Kings were knocked out of IPL 2020, Sakshi posted a heartfelt poem. This has been a depressing IPL season for the incredibly consistent CSK side. Never before have CSK not been a part of the IPL playoffs when they have been part of the league.

Thus far CSK in 12 matches has only managed to win 4 and are lying at the bottom of IPL table. Yesterday even though CSK defeated Royal Challengers Bangalore they were unable to remain in the discussion of playoffs this season.

After Rajasthan Royals overcame Mumbai Indians last night it shattered all hopes of CSK of progressing further in IPL 2020.

CSK Out Of IPL 2020

Meanwhile, this was anticipated to be a challenging season for Dhoni’s men after their two key players pulled out of this season. They were without the services of their two veterans performers Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh. Unfortunately in their absence, the youngsters were failed to impress and CSK struggled throughout the season.

Furthermore, CSK would have still had an outside chance to advance further if Mumbai Indians had been victorious over the Royals. Now with only 8 points to their name, CSK can maximum reach 12 points which won’t be enough to cement in their position in top 4 for the playoffs.
